How program #1 works:
A minimum down payment is required.  After your credit application has been approved, an initial commitment deposit of $2,500 is required. When this is complete a tailored H.O.M.E. plan is created  to facilitate your home purchase. Afterwards, you may begin the search for the home of your dreams. If you have already found the desired home of your dreams, this may also be the program for you!
